1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

The Extension does not require you to create an account or submit personal information to Helicon Solutions LLC.

You may, however, provide your own OpenAI API key in order to use the Extension’s AI evaluation functionality. This key is stored locally in your browser and is never shared with or stored by Helicon Solutions LLC.

b. Information Processed from LinkedIn

When you open a LinkedIn profile, the Extension analyzes visible public profile information, such as:

• Name
• Headline and job title
• Company, skills, and experience summary

This data is temporarily processed to evaluate the profile’s relevance based on your entered criteria.

c. Information Automatically Collected

We collect non-personal, aggregated analytics data through:

• Google Analytics
• Mixpanel
• Sentry (error reporting)

These tools help us understand overall usage and improve reliability. They do not collect names, emails, or any personally identifiable data from LinkedIn or your browser.
